Laura Squair – Co-Owner
Laura has been there through thick and thin, all the while furthering her career in the health care field. She presently is the manager of the operating room at a hospital and continues to do payroll for L7 Electric Inc.
Brody Squair – Manager
Brody started his electrical career when he was thirteen years old. He has a natural ability as an electrician. Although Brody is a man of few words, he has a very good understanding of what needs to be done and how to get it done. He has strong leadership abilities and leads by example. He worked for L7 Electric Inc. through high school. After high school, he worked in Saskatoon for Midwest Electric for a little over a year. Brody then returned home to L7 Electric Inc. where he worked as a residential foreman. He has moved on to Commercial Supervisor running the larger projects. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the trade and is quickly learning the administration end of the Service Provider Industry.
Todd Nichol – Supervisor in our Agricultural/Commercial/Industrial Work
Todd was born and raised in North Battleford. Todd came to work with L7 Electric Inc. when he was a third year apprentice. He quickly proved that he is very knowledgeable with a knack for agricultural, commercial and industrial work. His ease with the way he approaches his work gives his customers a sense of security when Todd is servicing or installing electrical components for their businesses. They know that Todd’s projects will be done correctly with the best workmanship.
Joshua Kratchmer – Residential Supervisor
Joshua was born and raised on a farm southwest of Unity. Joshua came to L7 Electric Inc. as a third year apprentice, after working for Majestic Electric in Saskatoon. He runs our residential crew, as well as wiring of shops and small commercial jobs. Joshua has a keen ability to keep the jobs flowing productively and keeping the project on time. Just don’t get in his way because he is a man of motion. He gets a tremendous amount of work done in a day. Growing up on a farm gives Josh a very good aptitude for mechanical equipment, so he runs our skid steer for trenching, or digging piles. He teaches our men how to operate our manlift. If you have a residential project, Joshua will begin by having a complete walk through with you to discuss where each and every electrical need may be. He will figure out what your needs are and deliver the perfect product.
Terry Snider – Office Administrator
Terry was born and raised in Mayfair, but has lived almost all of her adult life in North Battleford or commuting from Cochin. Terry has worked for L7 Electric Inc. for over a dozen years. She has watched our company grow and has taken on every task we throw at her. Terry is our backbone in the office and we know that we could not function without her. If we need a question answered, we start by asking Terry. Although her workload is enormous, she still finds time to fix our problems.
